Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions
Reward Points are earned through an online purchase on our website, over the phone, or in person and are tied-in to one email you provide.
Reward Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or delivery.
Reward Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
Reward Points may be redeemed at the following levels:
$5 towards any purchase between $10 and $50;
$10 towards any purchase between $51 and $100;
$15 towards any purchase between $101 and $150;
$20 towards any purchase between $151 and over.
Reward Points are not earned on orders where Reward Points have been redeemed.
Fine art is excluded from earning points.
Weddings and Special Events are also excluded from earning points.
Reward Points are only available to registered online members that are logged into their account.
Reward Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
Reward Points are non-transferable.
Reward Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Reward Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
Members must be 18 years or older to earn Reward Points.
Reward Points never expire.
We hold the right to cancel an account at any time, forfeiting all Loyalty Reward Points.
Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.
100 points = $5
200 points = $10
300 points = $15
400 points = $20
500 points = $25
