Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available. In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal or greater value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of a bouquet, but there may also be some variance due to designer interpretation. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and that every effort will be made to provide a bouquet of equal or greater value.
ART among the FLOWERS™ offers FREE Same Day local flower delivery and gourmet gift delivery Monday - Saturday on all orders placed by 12:30 pm and a minimum order of $55 has been placed. If same day delivery is needed and it is past 12:30 pm a $15 delivery fee will be charged, and if it is past 2:30 pm for same day delivery a $20 delivery fee will be charged. There is a $55 minimum purchase in order to receive FREE local delivery Monday - Saturday. A $15 delivery fee will be charged if your order does not meet the minimum.
There is a $20 delivery fee for Sunday local deliveries. There is also $15 delivery fee for deliveries on all major holidays, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. If you require a rush delivery on a major holiday, there is a $30 delivery fee.
Any orders requiring same day local delivery and it is past 2:30 pm, you must call our flower shop at 386-283-5213 to place your order over the phone. For same day local delivery after 12:30 pm, there is a $15 delivery charge, and a $20 delivery charge for same day delivery after 3 pm. Sunday deliveries require a $20 delivery charge.
We make two local flower deliveries a day at no extra charge: one before 12 noon and the ofther after 12 pm. If you desire a GUARANTEED specific delivery time, there is a $20 delivery charge for guaranteed local delivery time.
During peak seasons and major holidays (Valentines, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day) we try and make several local deliveries before 12 noon and also in the afternoon, sometimes delivering as late as 9 pm on major holidays. Please order early and maybe even request your order be delivered a day or two before a major holiday to guarantee delivery on time.
SHOWROOM HOURS Our showroom is open for walk-ins and phone orders Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Our showroom is closed on most Sundays, but will be OPEN for appointments only. Our website is OPEN 24/7 and is constantly monitored Monday - Sunday. Our showoom is also closed on the following major holidays: Easter Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. We make local same day flower deliveries Monday - Saturday. We do make Sunday deliveries for a $20 delivery fee.
SHOWROOM VISITS Our showroom is open to the public and we are taking all saftey health precations to not contract nor spread the COVID virus or any other virus. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and rest and instead call 386-283-5213 to place your order over the phone, rather than come into our store.
FREE LOCAL SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY We offer FREE local same day flower delivery and same day gift deliveries for orders placed by 12:30 pm for same day delivery and/or next day delivery Monday - Saturday with a minimum purchase of $55. We also make same day delivery for orders received after 12:30 pm for a minimum delivery fee. Orders placed after 12:30 pm for same day local delivery will incur a $15 delivery charge and orders received after 2:30 pm for same day local delivery will incur a $20 delivery fee. RUSH is defined as a delivery needed less than 2 hours from placing your original order, or an exact delivery time, or less than 2 hours from opening and closing our flower shop; otherwise, we work as fast as we can to delivery your gift in a timely and professional manner
LOCAL DELIVERY AREAS INCLUDE Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, the Hammocks, parts of Bunnell, and any other area within a 10 miles radius of our store. Areas such as Ormond Beach, St. Augustine, Crescent Beach, Daytona, Palatka, Hastings, St. Johns, parts of Bunnell and any other area more than 10 miles from our store, will incur a $5 delivery charge for each 5 mile increment we must travel to get to your destination from our store.
Local delivery is within a 10 mile radius of our store located at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite A114, Palm Coast, Florida 32164. Any distance after 10 miles, is calculated at $5 per 5 mile increments.
PLEASE NOTE WE TRY AND CALL AHEAD We try and call all recipients the day of delivery to make sure someone is home to accept their order. This is to avoid leaving any bouquets or gourmet gift items outside by the front door, since Florida has humid and hot temperatures. We guarantee we will not ruin the surprise, but just to ensure someone is home to accept your gift, alerting them that a special delivery is on its way. We keep your name and card message a secret until delivery.

ORDERS OUT-OF-AREA OR OUT-OF-STATE If the recipient is farther than 30 miles from our store, we mostlikely will wire your order out to one of our network florist. If we wire out your order, there is a $65 minimum order requirement (and a $75 minimum requirement during major holidays), plus a $20 charge (which includes $15 for an out-of-area florist delivery fee, plus a $5 wire fee we charge. We can also offer FedEx Ground Shipping for any items bought from our store that require shipping. There is a flat $20 charge for most FedEx Ground shipping items.

GURANTEED LOCAL DELIVERY TIME If you require a guaranteed delivery time, then there is a $20 charge for a guaranteed local delivery. During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) we make several deliveries before noon and then again in the mid to late afternoon, sometimes delivering up until 9 pm. Guaranteed delivery times during peak seasons require an additional $30 charge.
RUSH LOCAL DELIVERY There is a $20 charge for same day rush local delivery, if your ordered is placed on the same day that delivery is requested. Rush is defined less than 2 hours from the time you place your order, or an exact delivery time, or less than 2 hours from opening and closing our flower shop.
SUNDAY LOCAL DELIVERY We are closed on Sundays, but if you require a funeral or wedding delivery on a Sunday, we will make an exception and deliver on a Sunday. Please call our after hours line at 386-283-0562 if you have not scheduled in advance. Sunday local deliveries incur a $20 local delivery fee.
SUNDAY OUT-OF-AREA DELIVERY Out-of-area will incur a $20 delivery fee, plus an additional $5 per 5 miles increments from our store until we reach the recipient's destination. If more than 30 miles from our flower shop (out-of-town), we will wire out your order to a network florist in the recipient's area. Sunday out-of-town deliveries more than 30 miles are not available for Sunday deliveries, as most florist are closed on Sunday. During major holidays, we cannot guarantee out-of-area deliveries to be delivered on time if received any later than 4 days before the delivery date. We apologize, but this is the standard deadline for all florists.
OFFICE DELIVERIES We will do our best to deliver directly to the recipient, but some businesses require that we leave deliveries with the receptionist.
SCHOOL DELIVERIES We cannot deliver directly to the students at school, but we can deliver to the school office. Deliveries will be made at the main school office Monday-Friday.
RURAL DELIVERIES Some areas will incur a rural delivery charge of $20, plus an additional $5 per 5 mile increment we must travel to the recipient's destination.
OUT-OF-TOWN DELIVERIES ART among the FLOWERS coordinates with a network of other real florist througout the country enabling us to assist you with sending flowers out-of-town (more than 30 miles from our flower shop). HOW IT WORKS: Place your order on our website as if we are preparing and delivering your order for you. There is a $65 minimum order to wire out-of-town (and a $75 minimum order during major holidays). We will then wire your order out to a network florist in the recipient's area, and then send you a delivery confirmation once we receive delivery confirmation from our network florist. The network florist will charge a $15 delivery fee and we charge a $5 wire fee for all orders outside of our delivery radius, which is approximately 30 miles from our flower shop. That's why you'll see a $20 delivery charge in your shopping cart. During major holidays, we cannot guarantee out-of-area deliveries to be delivered on time if received any later than 4 days before the delivery date. We apologize, but this is the standard deadline for all florists.
OUT OF COUNTRY DELIVIRIES We work closely with one international wire service and can arrange for any worldwide delivery, guaranteeing a fresh and beautiful arrangement. During major holidays, we cannot guarantee out-of-area deliveries to be delivered on time if received any later than 4 days before the delivery date. We apologize, but this is the standard deadline for all florists.
RECIPIENT NOT HOME If the recipient is not able to accept the delivery, then we will place a phone call to either the recipient and/or the sender letting them know our driver is out front and no one is answering the door or gate. We will then ask if it is okay to leave your gift by the front door. If no one answers the phone or the answer is NO, not to leave at the front door, then we will return your gift back to our flower shop for a second attempt the following day or a future date provided. A $15 charge will be incurred for second attempt at delivery. If an out-of-area travel has occurred and no one is home nor answers, the driver will leave your gift by the front door, unless specifically told otherwise not to.
If you specifically do not want us to leave the delivery at the front door, please let us know. An additional $15 will be charged for second attempt deliveries. If an out-of-area travel has occurred and specific instructions are NOT to leave your gift at the front door, an additional $20 will be incurred for second attempt at delivery.
PHOTO We try to email the purchaser a complimentary photo of each bouquet that has been personally designed for them; but sometimes we get extremely busy, especially during major holidays and we do not have time to take individual photos and email them. If this happens, we apologize in advance and are currently working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, be rest assured your bouquet will be designed beautifully, fresh and to value!
CANCELLATION A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation requests less than 24 hours will not be guaranteed and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
FLORAL DESIGN CLASSES If you purchased a reservation to one of our floral design classes and need to cancel and request a refund, or transfer your purchase to another design class date, it is not a problem as long as we have heard from you at least 24 hours before the event. If less than 24 hours before your event or for no shows, your purchase is non-refundable or transferable.
FLOWER CLUB MEMBERS Please note during major holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) the Flower Club will be closed for walk-ins during the entire week of each major holiday. We suggest you preorder your single stems and greens in advance during the holidays. Bulk purchases must also be preorder at all times, since not all flowers and greens are available every day. Please preorder online as much as possible to ensure you get what you want. There is a $55 minimum purchase in order to receive free local delivery. A $15 charge will be incurred if your stem count does not meet the minimum.
FLOWER CLUB MEMBERS FREE BIRTHDAY BOUQUET Your hand-tied birthday bouquet is FREE with each paid membership and must be picked up the week of your birthday. No one will contact you to personally remind you to pick up your bouquet. This is something you must calendar yourself! Although, we do send out Facebook post showcasing Flower Club Members FREE Birthday Bouquets offered as a friendly reminder! Be sure to LIKE our Facebook page to get these notices. You are also entitled to 50% off all floral design classes offered throughout the year. Unfortunatley, we cannot offer 50% off any other design classes we offer, such as art classes, wreath making classes or plant classes. 50% off design classes is for floral only.
GIFT CERTIFICATES We offer FREE Gift Certificates to be offered to your loved ones. They can be redeemed in full or used in smaller increments. We keep track of the spending on the gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Certificates must also be redeemed within 1 year of purchase. Taxes have already been paid on your gift certificate so no need to worry about tax. If you lose your certificate, no worries about that either, we have record of each certificate purchased and when redeemed.
REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY FOR FLORAL To provide you with the best possible service, if you receive a floral bouquet and are not 100% satisfied, you can request a replacement bouquet (excluding wedding bouquets and custom designs) if you call the store at 386-283-5213 within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet. The original bouquet with flowers and container must be returned to the store (excluding wedding bouquets and custom designs). If you prefer a monetary refund and not a replacement bouquet, and we have been contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your bouquet, and your original flowers and container have been returned to our store, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser (excluding wedding bouquets and custom designs). Please remember to keep all fresh floral products out of the direct sunlight and keep plenty of fresh water in your vase (please do not put on a window sill or near any other heat source).

Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of a bouquet, but there may also be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and that every effort will be made to provide a bouquet of equal or greater value.
WEDDING and SPECIAL EVENT ORDERS We accept all major credit cards for your initial deposit of $100 for your wedding and/or special event flowers. After your initial deposit, all other payments must be made in cash or by check. Your initial deposit of $100 is applied towards your final balance due. All other payments up until sixty (60) days prior to your event are refundable and must be paid by check and/or cash. Sixty (60) days prior to your event all payments and deposits, including your initial deposit are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Payments must be made in a timely fashion or your contract could be forfeited. We do not offer any discounts for weddings. We do charge a delivery fee for weddings.
Once your wedding and/or special event flowers, including all high school events have been delivered, sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued. All event rentals must be returned to ART among the FLOWERS immediately following your event, but no more than 24 hours after your event. Any flowers or greens left in your event rentals that have not been removed before returning to ART among the FLOWERS, will now be the property of ART among the FLOWERS, and will be donated to a local church or used at ART among the FLOWERS discretion.
WINE, CHAMPAGNE & BEER ORDERS Due to alcoholic content of this gift, you must be at least 21 years old to send or receive wine, champagne or beer products. Available for local delivery and can also be shipped out-of-state via FedEx 3-day shipping. If shipping is required, you will be contacted with any additional shipping charge. Due to various state regulations, gifts containing wine, champagne and/or beer may not be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island or Utah. All gourmet gifts, wine, champagne and beer are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. An adult must sign for all FedEx packages being shipped and received via FedEx. We cannot leave alcoholic gifts by the front door. An adult must accept your gift.
FUNERAL and MEMORIAL ORDERS ART among the FLOWERS aims to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are less than fully satisfied with your funeral or memorial arrangements when they arrive, please notify us within 24 hours. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis. All custom designs are final and no redos are possible due to the artistry of the design and the flowers that are preordered in advance to create your design. Any concerns received after 24 hours, will not be considered.
